My Smug Mug
An observer by nature, I have had a penchant for photography since receiving my first camera as a young child. Living in New York City, Tel Aviv, Windsor and Toronto, I have earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Education, followed by a Masters of Education.
I have recently moved over to the world of digital SLR. Previously with my film SLR I favoured black and white photos of urban images; textured surfaces, shaded areas, decay, and people in day-to-day life situations. In the printing process I discovered another passion, spending countless hours in the darkroom working to find just the right look for every photograph.
With my purchase of my Digital SLR I learned quickly how amazing MAC and Photoshop are for Digital Photography. I have taken the leap and have been lovin’ every minute of it.
Outside of photography, I work for a large retailer in Corporate Learning and Training, and most importantly as well as husband and father to Caelen, Zev, and Louis.
